Six years in Quality Software Testing leading a team of 20 young professionals My talent for detail, data and quality enabled me working more than six years as Application Test Lead in a high demanding Risk- & Quality Environment in Unit-, Product and User Acceptance Testing I coached my offshore team to grow from pure manual to automation testing, saving up to 70% of time which was used to support parallel different Releases.
